Cost
There are two kinds of costs involved in working with the Change Monitor: user fees and support fees. User fees concern the use of the online version of the survey, reporting fees and licensing fees. Support fees pertain to the work done by the certified senior consultant. He or she sees to the development of a tailored approach to working with the Change Monitor, the adjustment of the survey to the specific situation in an organization, the provision of support during the discussion of the results and the making of an action plan. The total cost depends primarily on which form of support the organization chooses. The following three examples give you an impression of the potential cost involved. Naturally we would be glad to submit an offer for your specific needs.
Intensive support
In an organization with 100 employees, each of the eight teams discusses their own results at three meetings. Each team draws conclusions, develops solutions and specifies how those will be realized. A fourth meeting will be held half a year later to assess the result of the actions. Certified senior consultants will facilitate the meetings. The total cost amounts to €19,000.
Standard support
In an organization with 500 employees, 20 departments discuss their own results at two meetings. Each team draws its conclusions and develops solutions. The managers facilitate the meetings in their own departments. The change team makes sure the proposed solutions are concrete and that attention is given to the evaluation of actions during company-wide meetings. The managers and the change team will receive support from a certified senior consultant. The total cost amounts to €15,000.
Little support
An organization with 350 employees is working for the second time with the Change Monitor. An internally formed monitor group further develops the approach and coordinates the discussion of the results. The monitor group sees to the coordination with the board of directors, the managers and the departments. A certified senior consultant supports the monitor group. The total cost amounts to €10,000.
