Discussion

The discussion of the results can take place in different ways. The possibilities vary from a focused discussion of pre-selected results to an open, exploratory discussion in which participants collectively decide which topics are important enough to discuss

The certified senior consultant works with you to design a discussion session that is right for you. In one case it might be preferable to organize outside support from experienced facilitators. In another case it might be valuable to train the organization's own managers to support the process.

During the discussion, people will first formulate conclusions about what is going well and what could be going better. Then they will develop a plan with each other for reinforcing and improving the change. A broadly supported plan is a good basis for the realization of solutions but will not automatically lead to implementation. The certified senior consultant knows what is important to keep in mind in that regard.

Two examples show you the range of options that exist for of discussing results. They vary from an open discussion of all results to focused discussion of a selection of results.
